I am having trouble to use Bitwarden’s Firefox extension on my Macbook. When I want to login 2FA (WebAuthn) fails, the browser gives me an error message: “invalidstateerror an attempt was made to use an object that is not or is no longer usable”. I use a Yubikey 5C. Any idea how I can fix it?
Hi @Brausepaul - what happens if you try to login to the Bitwarden web vault instead? Does the same error occur when you authenticate using 2FA?
Login using Firefox fails as well: when I hit the Authenticate button, an AbortError message appears.
It sounds like there may be an issue with your account or network then. I would contact Bitwarden support directly using the link below. Hope you get it working soon!
