Fidelity NetBenefits - cannot allow extension in Safari

Visiting Fidelity’s NetBenefits website at netbenefits.com I’m prompted by Safari to allow the Bitwarden extension. I’m offered Allow for One Day, Always Allow on This Website, and Always Allow on Every Website… yet none of the buttons allows Bitwarden. Even going into the Websites section of Safari’s settings and setting the option For other websites: to Allow doesn’t permit the extension at the website. The pulldown specifically for this website is set to deny and regardless of choosing Ask or Allow, the pulldown returns to Deny. Is this issue with the Bitwarden extension or is it something that was explicitly coded into the website?

I’ve had to remove and reinstall Bitwarden several times for other issues so I’m fairly confident it’s not an issue with Bitwarden data remaining on my system. Thanks for any suggestions.
