Families Plan (2019) lost attachment access

Hi,

I have been on the families plan for a long time, I use the attachments feature for a lot of digital documents and it works really well. Until recently. The Firefox extension updated and then it told me I couldn’t add new attachments, although I can still download existing ones in my organisation vault, then the android app updated and told me the same thing.

I’ve checked and the subscription is still valid with my next payment due in the middle of the year. The only thing I can see is the subscription is tagged as families plan (2019), does that have something to do with it?

I have had no communication saying access will be removed. Can anyone help me?

There is a bug report that’s around the “families plan 2019”:

I didn’t read the whole “issue”, but someone also mentioned the problem with attachments. Adding your “bug report” there may be a good idea.

Thanks, that does look like the same problem. Adding attachments work fine on desktop app on Linux, just not browser extensions or Android.
