I moved from a Pixel 7 Pro to a 9 Pro XL and the option to enable biometric and face logins were missing.
I figured out the fingerprint problem (posted the solution here)
But the face unlock option is still missing from the BW settings.
So far I’ve done the following
- Verified face unlock works in android.
- Renewed my BW premium (didn’t realize it was expired!)
- Logged out, logged back in.
- Force stopped and cleared app data/cache, logged back in.
- Uninstalled, reinstalled, logged back in.
- Enabled “Verify its you in apps” under Android fingerprint and face unlock settings (and cleared program data and logged back in).
- Googled
- Searched this forum
- Used foul language.
I’m not even sure I want to use face unlock but I’d like the option to try it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
