Error On New Organization or Upgrade your plan

New user. Just signed up. Error during onboarding process, had to refresh. When logging into the web app, I tried to create a new organization. It gets stuck with a loading icon. In the console, Network tab, I get a 404 on the subscription endpoint, a 500 on the plans endpoint.

When clicking on Upgrade your plan, I get 500s on the plans, and premium endpoints. Logout and log back in the same thing.

I have a payment details setup in the subscription under settings. I do not see the family plan option under the subscription area.

Yes, tried on Firefox, no luck. I did use the contact form for the Bitwarden team.

Looks like it just took some time to get moving. Issue is no more.
