I’m having issues with one account in iOS app running in 17.4.1 where shared organisation logins all get a cannot decrypt message. “My vault” files are unaffected. The organisation logins are visible online and on the desktop version. I’ve reproduced the error on two different phones (with same iOS). I’ve tried changing encryption on both of the organisation accounts. I’ve removed and resubscribed to the organisation on the shared account. The shared account has full admin access to the organisation. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue, only in my ios app. My org files work fine in my Chrome extension.
facing same similar issue on Android, newly added vault items are empty but works fine on website and iOS
I hope your android issue gets fixed. The “Cannot decrypt” was fixed for me with the new version of the bitwarden iOS app and new browser extensions.
