Make collections collapsed by default

This is still an issue and what is very confusing is on my windows 11 laptop the app opens fine all collections are collapsed but on my windows 11 desktop same app version they are all expanded everytime i open the app, this is pretty much a deal breaker for our business as an MSP we have so many passwords and collections that to have them all open like that is just unusable, i have called the support they are useless they point me at an article that has nothing to do with this issue, i cant bel…
