I’m admin for a small org and one of our users is out for medical leave. I’m her emergency contact, take-over access. I initiated emergency access yesterday, she apparently approved so I don’t have to wait. (I received a confirmation email that my access is approved.) I logged in and I do not see “Takeover” under my options, it still shows as “Access initiated.” How do we get to “Access Approved”?
