Emergency Access can't see option to View or Takeover

Hi everyone,

I need to access an account I have emergency access to. I followed the instructions and I have the person listed under “Designated as Emergency Contact” and it also states “Accepted” and “Takeover”.

The instructions say to hover over the name and click the Cog but I am not seeing this, nor does the 3 dot icon have anything other than Remove.

What am I doing wrong here?
