I’m using the latest version of Developer Firefox (101.0b4). Every time I open a new tab or window, Bitwarden requires a new master password login. I’m used to Chrome where Bitwarden remembers the master password login with each new tab or window. Is there a setting on Firefox or Bitwarden that carries the login to the new tabs and windows?

Are you sure you have set your Bitwarden options to match what you use on Chrome? The options settings are device and client independent.
