I’ve checked google already but I can’t find an official statement about docker swarm mode support.
I’m running Traefik as a reverseproxy and the only way to have bitwarden running seems to be the bitwarden_rc container. I personally would however prefer using the original source.

But it looks like this isn’t working anymore. Haven’t tried though. Also found a thread on Github, but it was never really answered.
So is there any way to use bitwarden within docker swarm? And if the answer is yes, how do you do that? =)
