I can get behind this - this was the first thing one of my new users asked about.

To be more clear on the request (as I see it). On the default All Vaults / My Vaults, include a column depicting the folder(s) in which an item is located.

I can see this getting unwieldy with long folder names and/or multiple folders, so maybe truncate long names and make the object scrollable.
