Desktop App semi-frozen (Mac OS Ventura)

Has anyone seen the Bitwarden Desktop App launch but the drop-down menus not working (File, Edit, etc to the right of “Bitwarden”) ?

It also doesn’t show up in the Force Quit pane as an active app, but I’m not sure that’s a good measure of it being launched or not. The page is there, but I just doesn’t let me use it aside from the buttons at bottom to make or save a new entry. Etc.

This is in Mac OS X Ventura.
