Desktop app not syncing with Web Vault

I don’t use the desktop app very often, but just opened it today and noticed some entries (credit cards and a few identities) that are in the web vault, mobile app and browser extension… are not showing up in desktop. I ran a sync from within desktop but these did not come over. Help?

Hey @Blue_Sky_58, does this issue persists if you change networks or adjust VPN settings (if using). If the issue still persists, you can remove and reinstall the desktop app and if not resolved, contact the support team directly at Get in Touch | Bitwarden
