Desktop App entries don't show collections

Hello everyone,

it appears the desktop client is currently having an issue where creating new entries in your organization does not show any collections.

I found a workaround by selecting the personal vault and then going back to the organization vault, after which the collections will show. However it is very annoying.

I have the same issue, have been forced to use the web app instead of the desktop app whenever I need to add something. Thanks for the tip about the work around, that’s really helpful. It’s embarrassing that such a work around should be needed though, this is such an obvious bug that it really makes you wonder if any testing at all has been performed.

I noticed now when trying out the work around that although it makes the Collections appear, none of them are checked. When I’m adding a new Item from the web app, it will automatically check the collection that I had open. We have more than 50 collections, so doing this is really annoying.
