Delete Account (Trying to Become a User) to Reset Forgotten Password

Okay, I’m trying to switch to Bitwarden but hit a user error that is hampering that. I’m using Dashlane now and trying to dump it. I sent to Bitwarden and signed up. It required me to create an organization which I didn’t want to do, but did (just a small family of 3 here). I used a generated password in Dashlane and, of course, Dashlane neglected to save it anywhere.

So then I went to change the Master Password in Bitwarden and realized I didn’t have it. I then went to just delete the whole account to start over again when it insisted I delete the organization that’s in it, but to do that I need the master passworld?!?!? Help get me out of this cycle!

If you are locked out of your vault and deleting your account so that you can create a new one, contact us and we can help transfer your subscription to the new account.
