Decouple password manager and payment method, possible?

Coming from a Keeper Security world, I have been able to use Keeper to fill into my password, but use Google to fill in payment information (google pay). One advantage of Google and Google pay is it can create one-time virtual card automatically instead of prescribe the virtual card into Vault. However, with Bitwarden, the two can’t be decoupled - I either use Bitwarden for everything, including payment info, or nothing at all. Did I miss anything here?

I’m not exactly sure about the entire Google Pay feature, but here the general instructions to decouple password and payment autofill:

Disable chrome password manager but not auto-completion

Uninstall the Bitwarden browser extension, then enable autofill of payment information and addresses using the browser settings at chrome://settings/payments and chrome://settings/addresses, but disable Google Password Manager at chrome://password-manager/settings. Next, reinstall the Bitwarden browser manager, refrain from enabling the option “Make Bitwarden your default password manager” (under Settings > Autofill), and make sure to always click Cancel if you ever see the following prompt: […
