Custom Field Autofill (Date Picker) How To?

Greetings!

I am having a problem with custom fields, particularly the date picker. I’ve inspected the page elements and somehow I do not know how to make Bitwarden to autofill the dates due to these are date-pickers. It doesn’t work if I put 03/05/2028 (DD/MM/YYYY) format.

Fields:

  • Date of Birth (custom field: dob)
  • Date of Passport Expiry (custom field: passExpDte)

Can someone help me on this?

On that website, the date entry fields have been set to be Read-Only, meaning it is impossible for Bitwarden to write any information into those date fields. In fact, the user is not even allowed to type a date into the input field.

Thus, unfortunately, there is no solution for this particular form. You can try reporting the issue using the form below, but I doubt that there is anything that can be done by Bitwarden to defeat the read-only setting.
