Confirm BW Closing

BW constantly closed after browser visiting site to login, opening BW and then closing both when it is often useful to leave browser and BW running for next use.

Consider an extension option to require confirm before closing browser with open BW tab.

@jessicarabbit Could you clarify if your request indeed is about the Bitwarden web vault / web app (as your chosen tag app:web-app suggests) – or if you are targeting the Bitwarden browser extension? (or both?)
