Complaints about Bitwarden development

Don’t worry, I started the thread for you.

This is a side discussion prompted by the following comment (which was off-topic to the thread in which it was originally posted):

Not to mention the myriad feature requests for relatively simple things that have been open for years and still not been addressed or even acknowledged in many cases.

• Why did I have to spent several hours yesterday with Copilot coming up with a PowerShell script just to be able to export a single password collection because there’s no built-in way to do so, other than exporting the whole vault? I’m not a software developer, but I know that’s not a big ask to implement.
• Why does the platform still not have the ability to have inheritable permissions on collections, or the ability to at least push primary collection permissions down to subcollections? Why did I once again have to use a PowerShell script to do this?
• Why is drag and drop still not available in the desktop app?
• Why does Send still have no progress indicator for large file uploads, instead making it looks like your save request just didn’t process?
• Why is there still no automated way to handle exports and imports from browser password stores for when onboarding a large number of end users?

This type of glacial feature development and sloppy QA is not becoming of a product that is trying to sell to businesses and has Enterprise in its name.
