Collections are used both for organization and for access control. In cases where they are just being used for organization, for credentials that everyone in the organization is allowed to access, we would like to be able to create collections that are accessible to everyone in the organization. As far as I can tell, right now in order to do that I need to assign every user to the collection by hand, which means every time we add a new user to the organization we have to assign them to the collection. Alternatively we can create an Everyone group and assign that to the collection, but again, every time we add someone to the organization we have to remember to add them to the group. It’s not ideal. We’d like to be able to just say, “This collection is accessible to everyone in the organization” and be done with it.
