I have spent a lot of time searching in the forum and cannot find a clear answer to my question. Many still refer to the feature as a request to have.

On the right have side of each item, there are the 3 dots which drop down a menu shown below.
When I click on Launch, the request site opens on a new tab, but the login credentials are not pushed to the new tab.
How can I have the item launch with the login credentials included in the opening of the new tab.
@Nail1684 is right. You need to install the Bitwarden browser extension, then go to Settings > Autofill in the browser extension window, and make the following changes to get the behavior that you’re requesting:
Enable the “Autofill on page load” option.
Change the selection for “Default autofill setting for login items” to the value “Autofill on page load”.
With the above setup, you’re login credentials should automatically be filled into the login forms when you launch a site from the browser extension. Autofilling only works on tabs that are currently active, so Bitwarden cannot autofill automatically if you have launched a website on a new tab (you’d have to manually trigger Bitwarden to autofill your login credentials after switching to the tab that has the login form).
