Charged $18 but Subscription Shows $10 (Refund Needed)

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded my Bitwarden account and paid $18 total, which included an extra 2 GB of storage at $4 each. Shortly after payment—before even using the extra space—I reduced my storage.

Now, my subscription plan shows as $10, but I was already charged $18.

Here are my payment details:

  • Invoice Number: redacted

Could someone from the support team please help me get the $8 difference refunded?
