Changing the encryption when exporting vault data,

I am attempting to transfer my vault into another password manager using .json extension, which is failing. It has been suggested that the problem is the encryption used on the Bitwarden .json file, so I want to change it from either Argon2id to PBKDF2 or vice-versa.

I have followed the Bitwarden Encryption Key Derivation document but the Settings-Security-Keys option in the left-hand pane of the Web app is not there.

Can anyone suggest why this is please? I am currently using the free version of Bitwarden.

Are you positive you opened vault.bitwarden.com / vault.bitwarden.eu in your browser and logged in?

No I didn’t. Tried again using vault.bitwarden.com and it worked,

Just for the terminology: You probably used the desktop app before. – The web app / web vault is using vault.bitwarden.com / vault.bitwarden.eu in your browser…
