Changing password on website doesn't automatically prompt to update password with Chrome extension

I’ve noticed that I frequently do not get a prompt to update my password when I’ve changed it on a website (using Chrome extension).

Is there a place to report this so it can be looked into?

The last site that I had this issue was at https://login.faxlogic.com/

Basically, I was prompted to update my password as they require every 90 days. I used the generator to grab a new password, which I copied and pasted twice in the new password fields. When I saved it, I was not prompted to update my password stored in Bitwarden. Instead, I had to manually edit the password entry.
