Can't move item between organizations

I am the owner of two organizations. I cannot move an item from one organization to the other because it says I don’t have access to the collections within the organization I’m trying to move the item to, even though I am an owner of that organization. I also can’t clone the item for the same reason. What am I missing?

Try cloning the item to your personal vault and then move it to the second organization. Once complete, you can delete the original.
