i installed the CLI (from the official arch linux repositories) so i could use the rofi wrapper. however, going through the interactive login process doesn’t work. it lets me enter my email and password, then sits there for a bit before timing out.

i tried changing my password, even though it doesn’t have any special characters or anything. i also as a test tried rbw
(also from the arch repos), and that one gives me a pinentry prompt, which always tells me the password is wrong even though i can make it visible and see that it’s right. i can login to any GUIs perfectly fine, no issues.
i’ve tried searching around, and there are a lot of posts and stuff from people having trouble with 2FA (which is off atm) and/or some sort of a “captcha” system? none with this sort of error or anything and no real indication of what’s wrong on my end.
