I changed my login information recently and added a +bitwarden at g mail dot com and can no longer login to the desktop app. I can login to the browser extension on firefox but recently couldn’t login to the safari browser extension.

Chances are that your login credentials are not a perfect match for the exact email and password that you used to create your Bitwarden account. Hopefully, you printed or saved your EXACT email address and password (including exact capitalization). If not, your best bet is to try different combinations of possibilities until you find the right one. Best of luck!
it was an issue with the desktop app. I had to uninstall then re-install
