@Culfri and @bobtaurus That’s interesting, you’re still experiencing this, as @Palermo 's “thread solution” was that that was fixed (it seemed to be a bug with the web vault). 
- Therefore I wonder, if you two are self-hosting (and maybe use an “older” version of the web vault)?
And/or as this was also an Apple specific problem… can you say a bit more to your OS and browser version? Everything up-to-date?
