Cannot log in with latest (2) updates on EU domain

Since about 2 days ago I can’t log in to the BW Desktop app on Win 11.
I can see the drop-down for which server I want (.com/.eu) but the drop-down will not let me select the one which hosts my account (.eu).

I can stil use the iOS app but that’s not a lot of help when I use desktop most of the time.
