Cannot enable the Autofill Quick-Action Tile [version 2025.1.0]

I’m on a Pixel 6A with LineageOS 22.1 (Android 15). Been using Bitwarden as my default password manager since 2020 and it has always worked great on Android. Just got hit with this today after the last update. In my case, “Autofill services” shows as enabled, however “Use accessibility” remains disabled. This is in the Bitwarden app Settings > Autofill section. Bitwarden still is enabled as my autofill provider and is set to “On” in the Android Accessibility settings menu. I have tried toggling on/off with no change, and “Use accessibility” always remains disabled. I just tried rebooting and that makes no difference either. Eagerly waiting for an update to resolve this. If devs are watching here, I would be happy to coordinate testing and providing logs from my device.

Same issue here. Bitwarden has accessibility service permission enabled in system settings but I can’t enable it in bitwarden settings.

Android 14, Samsung S24

Thanks all, the fix for this will be available soon.

I also can not turn on Bitwarden “Use accessibility” on Samsung One UI 6.1.
I go to “Installed Apps” and turn on (or off then on etc) and “Use accessibility” is still not turned on/enabled.
I also tried with “Bitwarden shortcut” option and that makes no difference.
Using 2025.1.2 - originally installed from Play Store.

The proposed fix has been merged to the code in a GitHub pull request, this hopefully means that it will be fixed in the next app release.

We’re working to get this out, thanks for your patience!

Hi, any update on the release date for this fix? Thanks!

Hello, I am experiencing the same issue with the app. I really love bitwarden and I have been using it for years. I am a very proud supporter. I tell people about it all the time. Right now I’m finding it increasingly difficult to recommend something that has been the source of my frustration.

I would really like auto fill to be working. Please resolve the issue as soon as you can.

@capricornn49 Welcome to the forum!

Is that with new Android mobile version 2025.2.0?

I still have the same issue, it can’t be enabled on my S24, play store version

Version: 2025.1.2 (19740)

Thanks for your patience all, the team is looking into this issue affecting specific Samsung devices.

Checking on any updates?

Bitwarden has been fine for 6 months since I got my 24. Since UI 7 release candidate (I think it was around that time), I cannot get BitWarden to appear to login to any apps. It is set correctly in accessibility, and its the version from the play store. Uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, and same issue,

Works OK in Chrome. Just not in any apps like banking apps.

Oh note, NO login options now come up for any apps like American Express. So it has to be a Samsung UI update issue? It works on Chrome logins, but not apps.
