Having some issues that I need tech support to help with (paid account) but the contact support web form fails with the following helpful message:

apologies for you encountering an error while trying to contact support. Was this via the support form on Help Center | Bitwarden or on another page?
I just tested myself, and did not encounter any errors.
Could you please try again and in case it still doesn’t work, provide more details.

Yes, from that page. I didn’t realise there was a support email address to use, couldn’t find that referenced anywhere. Thanks @grb
