Same here… I have a partially filled field, it’s a location based partial serial number and I can only fill the remainder, but BW is not filling it.

I moved your comment into its own thread, because the feature request where you had posted it was for a feature that already exists (Bitwarden does autofill usernames when the password field is blank).
It seems that you are having problems with auto-filling with a particular website. If you provide more information (specifically, the website URL, and a more detailed description what you are trying to accomplish), we can try to help you to make it work.
In case it proves to be a situation that cannot be made to work using standard approaches, the last resort will be to report the issue to Bitwarden by submitting an Auto-Fill Failure Report.

This is the site in question.
Selecting a “Judet” will fill POD partially and in the autocomplete I have the filed id and the remainder of that serial number. They used to have an older version of the site where the partial field would be completed but in this new version it doesn’t do that anymore.
Assuming that the first 11 digits of the completed “POD” numbers are always the same for your chosen county (“Judet”), then you can define a custom field that holds the full 18-digit “POD” code. For example, for the county of Galati, define a custom field with the name :r3: and the value 594030500001234567 (where 1234567 are the remaining 7 digits in the “POD” code.
You can also define a custom field with the name :r4: and a value that corresponds to your meter’s serial number (“Serie Contor”) — shown as 9876543210 in the screenshot below.
Thus, for the examples given above, your custom field definitions should look like this:
Now, you can manually select the “Judet” value, and then use Ctrl+Shift+L (or other auto-fill methods) to auto-fill the “POD” and “Serie Contor” fields.
I was unable to find a method for auto-filling the “Judet” field or the date of the meter reading. However, if you would like assistance with auto-filling of any fields under Step (Pasul) 2, 3, or 4 of the form, please let me know.
