Can I use the Physical Authorization Key for automatic login when it is connected to my computer?

I know that the physical authorization key (for example the Google Titan) can be used to complete the two factors of the voult

But can you make sure that if the key is always connected to the compiter the voult does not ask me for the password as long as the key is connected?

No, but there is a feature request for this that you may wish to support:

Presently, you can use a PIN code or biometrics (if your device is equipped) to unlock your vault so that you don’t have to type in your master password:
