Can I use Free plan to store my work passwords?

Can I use the Password Manager to store my work passwords without paying (using the free plan)?

I’m a software developer and I need a lot of passwords in my job, so I need password manager in my work. Then I need to know, if the free account is enough for this purpose or I need some higher plan.

I don’t need any features from higher plans, everything I need is included in the free plan (no collaboration, sharing, just storing my own passwords for my own need).

You’re not really saying what your requirements are, other than storring “a lot if passwords.”

Anyway, $10 per year for a software that stores passwords and allows cross-platform synchronization isn’t too much either way.

Because that’s pretty much it, I just need to store passwords which I need to log in some company’s resources, nothing else.

It’s not about money, I just didn’t find info about usage limitations of the free account, that’s it.

If you’re using BW as an individual then I can’t see any problem with you using the free account.
I suggest you create a free account and check all the terms of service and see if you’re breaching any but I don’t thnk you are.

@David1 Welcome to the forum!

The Terms of Service can be found here:

As far as I can tell, there is no restriction against using personal accounts (free or otherwise) for business purposes. The only potentially relevant restriction is that each Bitwarden account can be used only by a single person (so you would not be allowed to create a “shared” Bitwarden account that is used by multiple employees at your work).

Thank you all very much for your answers. I also read the terms of service and I didn’t find any limitation. So it’s probably perfectly fair👍
