We have a user with the Bitwarden addon. When he browses to a website and clicks on the addon, it opens up to the general “All Vaults” area instead of showing the relevant credentials from “My Vault”. This is different to all other users who do not have this issue.
Do you know any way we can resolve this? We’ve tried various settings and configuration changes/addon reinstalls but it just seems it wont provide the credentials for the current page.
To start, it would help if you could specify what browser and operating system are being used, and the exact version of the installed browser extension.
Second, when the browser extension window is opened, are there five navigation icons at the bottom (as shown in the screenshot below), and if so, is the “Tab” icon highlighted (as shown in the screenshot below)?
Third, if you go to Settings > Autofill in this user’s browser extension, then scroll down to the “Additional Options” area, what selection do you see for the fourth setting in that section ("“Default URI Match Detection”)?
Fourth, if you use the Search function to locate a “relevant credential” (that you believe should have been displayed as an autofill option in the browser extension), open the item, and click Edit, do you see a field labeled “URI 1” (always located just below the “Authenticator Key TOTP” field, as shown in the screenshot below), and if so, what are the exact contents of that field? Please provide a screenshot of the “URI 1” field, if possible (making sure to redact any sensitive information).
