Browser integration not enabled?

Brave browser - 1.35.101
Extension - 1.56.1
Desktop 1.31.2

Ext keeps saying integration not enabled in the desktop app, except it is.
Reboot, logout/login, ext on/off, ext remove/install - none of these has changed the behavior.

TRYING to turn on the biometric unlock in the extension.

Nope.
Updated to 1.56.3 and still get the error.
Next option?

That has worked for many people, but some had to update to version 1.56.4, which is available on the Bitwarden Github site and should be in the Chrome Web Store anytime now.

And just to confirm, you tried the other fixes mentioned in that thread, right? Just installing a newer version might not be enough on its own.
