For some reason the brave version of bitwarden doesn’t ask for my 2 FA (Yubikey Nano) even though it is setup. I have a feeling this might be something on the browser side.
This has only just started to happen after a fresh install of Windows 10.
My phone and tablet are using biometrics
Usually this happens when someone accidentally enables trust for the device when they setup their two-step login method. I would have a look at this FAQ from Bitwarden first, to see if that’s the issue:

I will add that I did have it set to lock the vault and not log out, I now think this was the issue.
