I’ve used BW for years with Win 7, and I have 139 logins. It was acting strangely and I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. I get a red box with an error “An error has occurred. Traffic from your network looks unusual. Connect to a different network or try again later. [Errorcode 6.]”
There’s nothing different or unusual about my network; it’s just 2 desktop computers. I haven’t changed my versions of either browser. I’ve been trying to reinstall BW about 10 times over a 1-month period. In Waterfox, the extension is grayed out, but, oddly, the extension works in Chrome without the program itself.
When I try to login to the extension in Waterfox, it grays out again.
There are many ways to find one’s IP — an easy way is to just visit a site like https://whatismyipaddress.com/. For the UTC timestamp, they just want to know what date and time you received the “unusual traffic” error (using the UTC timezone instead of a local timezone) — you can use a site like https://www.utctime.net/ to look up the current UTC time, or use this link to get the actual “timestamp” format.
