Bitwarden Security Authorization and certification

Hi,
The Keeper website compares Keeper with Bitwarden. It states that Bitwarden is not FedRAMP or GovRAMP authorized, nor is it FIPS certified.

Are these important authorizations/certifications?

Bitwarden’s certifications and 3rd party audits are described here and here.

I don’t know too much about FedRAMP, GovRAMP, and FIPS, but it seems that these certifications are only relevant if you work for a US government (state or federal) agency.
