Bitwarden password update button doesn't work in Chrome

I am using Bitwarden version 2023.7.0 and Chrome Windows 11 version 115.0.5790.110
Any suggestions how to fix the error.
I found similar question in 2020 but this one seems new problem.

Can you describe your problem in greater detail? What steps are you performing, and what error message or unexpected behavior are you seeing?

Unfortunately there’s no error. The top bar which appears on top of Chrome has a blue Update button which doesn’t respond to clicks.

Interesting. Does the same problem occur for the prompt about saving new passwords?
