Bitwarden Password Manager works on PC but not on Macbook Air

I have a desktop and a laptop both running Bitwarden Password Manager in Firefox. Works well.
My wife has an Apple Macbook Air with Safari. I installed BPM on it and it works on some sites. It does not work on one specific site with a 2 page login. Nothing happens. I guess I’m not doing something right, but I can’t figure out what it is.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Not sure what to suggest on the information except to assure you that Bitwarden on Macbook Pro with Safari negotiates a couple of two-page logins for me. In fact unlike Keychain it pre-fills the second page without further actions.

What if she tries it on one of your computers? Does it work there?
