When I update a setting in the app and select logout from the menu when I log back in, the setting I modified reverts to its previous state. If I change the setting, swipe up to close the app, then log back in the updated setting is saved.
Sorry if a dumb question but why does this happen? I see this behavior on a pixel 2xl and 8a.
