Bitwarden Not Recognizing Premium Status

Paid premium user here. When in web vault, Tools > when I click on any of the reports it says I need to be an upgraded user?? When I click on Settings > Subscription, it now says “Free???”

I had access before so not sure whats happening now.

If you’ve recently deleted your vault, you may need to reach out to our CS team to make sure your subscription was re-attached to your account: Get in Touch | Bitwarden

It sounds like your Premium subscription expired and for some reason it did not auto-renew. To check, you can login to the Web Vault and go to Settings → Billing.
