At this time, we do not have plans to add a Bitwarden app listing to the Harmony OS app gallery.
Perhaps other community members who use Harmony OS can speak to their preferred method for getting the Bitwarden app onto their device, but at a minimum the .apk files are available from Bitwarden’s github.
Like with f-droid, some features may not work as expected due to the absence of Google Play Services.
