I have the same problem using the Linux Mint desktop version of Bitwarden. I just updated it, and the blanc screen is still there. I will try the AppImage to resolve it.
The AppImage works, but I would rather use the normal version. Can it please be fixed?
Might want to change the title of this and delete OpenSuse. It’s also happening now with Fedora 39. The previous release 2023.10.0 worked fine, at least for me on Fedora as did the previous 2023.09.x releases. Now with 2023.10.1 I’m getting the blank screen. Happens with both the appimage and the *.rpm version.
Can confirm it’s still not working in OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. I’m trying to use the AppImage version.
Happened to me today (TuxedoOS, Kubuntu fork). I use Flatpak version. Deleting config solved the issue (/home/[user]/.var/app/com.bitwarden.desktop/), but I had to login again and set preferences
More specifically, this fixed it for me:
rm -rf ~/.var/app/com.bitwarden.desktop/config/Bitwarden/Partitions/bitwarden/GPUCache/

I had the same issue on openSUSE Leap 15.5, also Flatpak version of BW
This is what fixed it for me:
rm -r ~/.config/Bitwarden/GPUCache/
