Bitwarden iOS App - Crashes when app extension is activated

Device Type: iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (5th generation)
OS and version: iPadOS 17.5.1
Bitwarden version: Version: 2024.6.1 (1151)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open Bitwarden app in full screen or big window in Stage manager.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Navigate to Auto-fill > App extension.
  4. Press “Activate app extension”.
  5. App crashes.

Interestingly this only happens when app is wide in Stage manager or full-screen. When app is small in stage manager/window isn’t wide I can activate app extension and app does not crash.
