Bitwarden filling in wrong password

When I tried to login to Amazon bitwarden filled in the username and password as setup. I received an error from Amazon saying my password was wrong. I went to bitwarden and copied the password to my clipboard and then pasted it to the Amazon signon screen. Amazon accepted the password. I’ve done this a couple of times with the same results. Anyone have a clue what is going on?

Are you sure it is Bitwarden that is autofilling your credentials, or is it possible that your browser is filling them in?

To be sure, you can set the options for your Bitwarden entry for Amazon so that it never autofills. But if you still see a username and password being entered, you will know it is something else.

If that is not it, check to be sure that there is not an accidental space character entered at the end of your stored password in Bitwarden. That can mess things up in autofill.
