Hi there,
For a strange reason my Bitwarden extension in Safari isn’t working anymore. I can’t autofill, but I also cannot logout and login again.
Safari Version 18.0.1 (20619.1.26.31.7)
MacOS: 15.0.1 (24A348)
What can I do?
When restarting of the browser and Bitwarden apps - and the system - doesn’t help, I would deinstall and reinstall the Bitwarden extension. (I guess on MacOS it’s tied to the desktop app?!)
No, it has an extension but I’ll try re-installing it as rebooting my Mac and restarting the browser didn’t work.
Doesn’t work either, so I’ll copy/paste it for now.
Hm, if that doesn’t work, then deinstall again - and then delete the local storage of the browser extension (Storage | Bitwarden Help Center) before reinstalling it again. That should reset it.
If that doesn’t work, I would begin to think, that it may be more a problem of your Safari.
