Bitwarden extension does not load in ChatGPT Atlas browser (passkey flow blocked)

Description:
The Bitwarden browser extension fails to load properly on the ChatGPT Atlas browser. While the extension works as expected on Chrome, it does not initialize on Atlas. This prevents login and blocks the passkey authentication flow entirely.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install the Bitwarden extension on the ChatGPT Atlas browser.

  2. Attempt to log in.

  3. Try initiating a passkey-based login on any supported website.

Expected result:
The extension loads normally and the passkey UI appears.

Actual result:
The extension does not load. The passkey interface never appears, leaving the user unable to authenticate.

Additional notes:

  • This issue only occurs on the ChatGPT Atlas browser.

  • The same version of the extension works correctly on Chrome.

  • If Atlas is unsupported, this issue report is meant to share reproducible details that may help future compatibility work.

  • Browser: ChatGPT Atlas

  • OS: macOS (ChatGPT Atlas environment)

  • Bitwarden extension version: latest available from Chrome Web Store
